SARK ONE is conceived as a boutique gated community that redefines the traditional approach to residential design, focusing on both macro and micro-level interventions to create a unique living experience. At a macro level, the community is structured around a kilometer-long landscape strip that serves as a green buffer, providing relief from the harsh summer sun and enhancing the overall environmental quality of the development.

At a micro level, the individual houses within the community are meticulously programmed as an agglomeration of outdoor rooms that seamlessly integrate with indoor functions. This approach is guided by Vaastu principles, a traditional building system that emphasizes harmony with natural elements and spatial organization. By adhering to Vaastu principles, the design ensures a balanced and harmonious living environment that promotes well-being and prosperity.
The outdoor rooms play a central role in structuring the built form of the houses, serving not only as functional extensions of indoor spaces but also as climatic devices and social spaces. These outdoor rooms are tightly networked with interior programs, with each room opening up into shared courtyards and terraces. This interconnected layout fosters a sense of community and encourages social interaction among residents, creating a vibrant and cohesive living environment.

Overall, SARK ONE represents a holistic approach to residential design, integrating macro-level landscape planning with micro-level programming guided by traditional building principles. The result is a boutique gated community that prioritizes environmental sustainability, social connectivity, and individual well-being, offering residents a truly unique and enriching living experience.
