Palate

The design concept centered around the use of a monochrome palette, with stainless steel mesh serving as the primary material to delineate sections within the building’s horizontal floor plate. Initially conceived as vertical screen dividers, these evolved into horizontal shelving units that both delineate and partition the space. The translucent nature of the stainless steel mesh produces intriguing moiré patterns, heightened by dual mesh layers mounted on acrylic frames. This intricate detailing adds depth, creating a dynamic and immersive environment that captivates visitors. By reimagining the traditional shop in shop model and incorporating innovative materials and design elements, Palate’s design successfully elevated the retail experience. It not only showcases high-end furniture but also serves as a visually captivating backdrop for curated collections.
