ECPL Housing

ECPL is spread over 25 acres and 3.3 lac sqft and developed in 2 phases. The township incorporates interconnected green spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and communal gathering areas like parks and plazas. Additionally, mixed-use developments that include farmers market and community centers encourage residents to interact and engage with one another. This design prioritizes walkability, sustainability, and opportunities for shared activities to strengthen the sense of community.
