A project as a part of the Bandra Collective. The Carter promenade lay in disrepair and half constructed for over 2 years. This was because of numerous coordination issues between stakeholders including local councillors, resident groups, contractors and various municipal agencies. a not-for-profit doing pro bono consulting work for the city’s open spaces. The Bandra Collective comprising 6 architectural practices . Bandra Collective worked with all stakeholders, liaising and coordinating with them to program the space, design and eventually build the project.
